Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed & posted within 24hrs from order receipt (exceptions for Public holidays & weekends). Please remember to include your pincode to ensure faster and safer package deliveries. Delivery details : 1. Your package will be shipped within 24 hours after payment. 2. We send packages via registered post on Singpost (highly reputed for safe & reliable delivery). 3. A tracking number will be shared with you to help track the package. 4. Domestic delivery in Singapore - Package will normally take between 2-3 working days for delivery. 5. International delivery outside of Singapore - Package will normally take between 5-10 working days for delivery. 6. International delivery outside of Singapore - Customs & duties if applicable in your country will have to be borne by you.
Return Policy
Its possible that you may find that you have ordered a design that does not suit you. Its ok to change your mind and return it to us. We will be happy to offer you a store credit for the returned items. Please remember that the item returned should be in unused condition, sent within 3 days of receipt of package, sent back in original packaging and shipped at your own cost. If for any reason, the item is received in a broken manner, we will be happy to offer you a store credit as well. Since each of our designs are unique, we are unable to guarantee an exact replacement of returned designs.
Tracking your Order
All our orders are shipped only as registered packages with reputed delivery services and couriers. Tracking information is easily available once you place your orders.
Customs & duties
As a policy, we will not charge for any additional items or services on the orders we receive & process. Hence, all of our prices are exclusive of customs & duties that may be applicable in your own country for your order. Charges related to customs & duties, levied and collected by the couriers will have to be paid by the buyer, as applicable for the delivery.
